Janitorial

• .50 cents - Per square foot of just the cleaning area (includes garbage and recycling removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping down flat surfaces, common areas, breakrooms, bathrooms, and hallways).
• $5 - Per interior window.
• $30 - For complete dusting of the premise.

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning / Office Room / Event Cleanup Service:

• $40 - Per hour
• $5 - Per interior windows
• $25 - For dusting
• $35 - Fee for any vomiting or bodily fluid cleanup
